Are there any job openings in my area and field?

New job openings are posted each weekday to the Amedisys website. Our job search page will let you check for jobs based on your location and the type of position you’re seeking.

I’ve submitted my application; what happens next?

You should receive an email shortly after submitting your application to confirm that it was received. Your application will be reviewed against the position’s qualifications, and if it’s determined that there’s a good match, a member of our recruiting team will contact you, usually within two weeks.

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are unable to respond to each applicant.

After I’ve interviewed, when will I hear back from my recruiter?

We aim to get back to candidates within two weeks of an interview, and it’s not unusual to discuss timeline expectations during your interview. Feel free to reach out to your recruiter if you have questions during the process. All interviewed candidates will be notified directly whether they are selected or not.

Can I submit my application and have you hold onto it until a position opens up?

In order to maintain an efficient application process, we only accept applications for posted positions.

How can I edit my applicant profile?

What if I've forgotten my password for the job board?

You can easily reset your password online. Go to the Edit Your Profile logon page, then click the link labeled “Can’t remember your password?” just below the Log In button. From there you’ll be able to send yourself a password reset email, or answer your secret question to log in.

I’m having trouble submitting my application online. Can I email or fax in my resume?

If applying online presents a difficulty, you may mail your resume to: Amedisys Corporate Office, Attn: Recruiting, 5959 S. Sherwood Forest Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70816. Please reference the specific job requisition number in your cover letter.
